Shipping & Returns
BUILT INDUSTRIES accepts the following Payment Methods:
- Prepaid Cashier Check or Money Order
- Direct wire transfer
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipping within Florida will be charged the applicable sales tax.
Shortages, errors or price adjustments must be reported to our office within 24 hours of receipt of order.
Returns & Cancellations:
No refunds or exchanges after 30 days, Absolutely no returns on electronics! All shipping errors must be known by Built IndustriesInc./Built4G63 within one business day of receipt. All canceled orders will incur a 10% processing fee, special orders or shipped items are subject to a 20% processing fee and all refunds are for store credit only. By accepting this order, buyer agrees to the terms and conditions of this policy.
In the event that you need to return / exchange a product do NOT call in. You must email email@example.com with your full name and invoice number along with why you would like to return / exchange your order.
**All returns/exchanges must have an RMA# and must be unopened in original packaging.**
Merchandise is warranted against defects of material or workmanship when properly installed. Any claims for damage or defects to products must be reported prior to installation. All merchandise warranties are limited to replacing or repairing any part returned to us which upon inspection, is found to be defective. Claims for labor charges will not be allowed. There is no warranty written or implied on any race engine build.
Built Industries Inc./Built 4G63 processes all orders as soon as possible, however, it may take up to 48 hours for your order to be completely processed and shipped. Orders with address verification problems or any other issue may take longer, in which case you will be contacted by a Built Industries Inc. representative.
Our primary method of shipping is USPS Priority mail for small packages and UPS supply chain for motor and engine builds.
We will only ship to a verified address; there are absolutely no exceptions to this rule. An address has to be listed as primary or secondary on a credit card. If using PayPal please make sure the address you wish to ship to is listed as confirmed.
Any address corrections that are made by UPS/USPS because of incomplete or incorrect address information provided by our customers will result in a $5 dollar address correction fee that will automatically be charged to the customer at fault.
Addresses cannot be abbreviated in anyway. If you abbreviate your address, we cannot be held responsible for address errors or slow shipping times.
If an incorrect item is received due to our error we will issue a USPS call tag and pick up the part at no cost to you, upon receiving we will re-ship by GROUND/Priority Mail shipping at our expense.
We accept Visa, Discover, Master Card, PayPal, wire transfer and money orders. We DO NOT accept personal checks. If you would like to pay by money order please call us with the total amount before sending the money order.
Over seas orders:
All overseas orders must be paid via wire transfer. If you would like to pay us via Wire Transfer, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and our info will be sent to you. This account is checked daily for wired funds; however please make us aware if you would like to make a purchase first. If you have a memo or notes section when you file for the wire transfer, please include your estimate number. Please contact your salesman if you do not have this number.
